We do charge a $200
damage deposit which is refundable if the home is left as you found it. If
there are children between the ages of 3 and 15, we charge a $500 damage deposit.

Maid service is available at $40. per day (with an additional $10 per hour over
4 hours).

1/2 the villa it is $50 per night extra per person for over 2 people (maximum
4 people).
- Bicycle
Rental: $35 per week each (maximum rental charge is $75. each bike per entire
stay - minimum charge is $35). We have 3 new mountain bikes.
